Abilities Expo Chicago

A couple weeks ago, I presented and read Wendy on Wheels books at the Abilities Expo Chicago.  I felt like we are going through a difficult time right now. This is so much hate and horrible things in the news happening every day. I wanted to focus on LOVE and CONNECTION. For that, I read Wendy on Wheels Saves the Day.

Wendy gets inspired by a superhero movie. She begins to wonder, what can I do to make a difference? How can I save the day for others? Then she creates and becomes her own superhero to bring happiness to others. We all have the power to make a difference in the lives of others. EVERY DAY.

It was a good turnout to my presentation. I think it was the most well attended presentation I have ever had at at Abilities Expo.

It was so great to meet Dayna!

It was nice my sister, Mandy, was able to make it to Chicago. She has been wanting to meet Auti Angel for a long time. Auti’s dance workshop was right after my reading.

Luckily, we got to hang out in the Loop for a couple hours before the expo.

We went to see Cloudgate at Millenium Park
